- Mandatory components and libraries
- Computer: 2GB RAM, 10GB free disk space. Depending on the size of the processed GWAS dataset, RAM and disk space might need to be more.
MACLEAPS was successfully
tested with Linux (Ubuntu 10.10) and Windows XP. As a Java program, it may also
run under different operating systems as long as a JRE is available.
- Java VM 1.6 or later (available from Oracle)
to execute the program.
- PLINK for converting your GWAS data.
