initialize a net in SNNSv3.2

I am using SNNSv3.2 (don't ask why) and haven't used it
for 3 years. I forget how to initalize a net file
for training with snnsbat.
I want a simple std_backpropagation net with a
N units in the input layer, M in the hidden layer
and L in the output layer. The weights should be
initialized randomly.
When I get to BIGNET I forget what to do and I can't remember
how I then get the random initialization
Can anyone remember?
