hello Christoph,

one attribute of the meta algorithm CC is to build the aktually network by
inserting hidden units. I think it isn't able to build a net for starting
which contains crrectly connected hidden units.

If CCA isn't inserting a hidden unit at one cycle the values for training
parameters are too great. ciao manfred
