Installationproblems with batchman

Hello,
I've a problem with the installation of batchman. I try to install
batchman under hpux 10.1. During compilation the following error occurs:

bison  -p yyz  gram1.y
("gram1.y", line 324) error: empty rule for typed non terminal, and no
action*** Error exit code 1

The line of gram1.y that causes the error is

323:paramlist:
324: /* e */		
325: | fullList               { $<t>$.arglist = $<t>1.arglist }
326:;

Is there a bug in our gram1.y file ? We use the version 1.25 of bison !
