hello unnamed SNNS-user, I think it is the same as it was with CC (TEST_CasCor
wasn't implemented). Try to write your own (as like as TEST_CasCor) and tell
us your experience.

Did you change
{"RBF_Weights_Kohonen", INIT_FUNC, 4, 0, (FunctionPtr) INIT_RBF_Weights_kohonen},

into

{"RBF_Weights_Kohonen", INIT_FUNC, 3, 0, (FunctionPtr) INIT_RBF_Weights_kohonen},
