Number of hidden units added by Cascade Correlation

I am using SNNSv4.1. The maximum number of hidden units that you desire
is set in the cycle window of the control panel. I have set this to 20
and at the end of training foud that the display displays 40 hidden
units. Has anyone else had this problem?
